Instant Tomato Chutney


Tomato – 3
Chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – ¼ Teaspoon
Pepper Powder – ¼ Teaspoon
Salt – To taste
Coconut Oil – 1 Table Spoon
Water – ¼ Cup
Curry Leaves – 10 leaves
Onion – 1 medium (cut into small pieces)


Cut Tomato’s and put in a pan, add water, keep on fire. Add all the other ingredients and boil stirring occasionally.


Once the water dries up stir continuously on slow fire, until oil shows up. Once it leaves the sides and stop sticking to the pan, remove from fire. Serve it with rice, chapatti, Appam etc.  relish your meal with an added yummy kick.
