Her journey in the wellness space began in 2009 and continues to this day, shaped by more than 17 years of continuous learning, practice, observation, and personal experience in traditional nourishment and holistic lifestyle balance.

She is a Certified Health and Nutrition Life Coach (HNLC), as well as an author who has written several books, including the health and wellness titles:
