Ingredients:
- 1 Thin Snake Gourd
- 1 cup Cooked Minced Meat (Chicken, Beef, or Mutton)
- 2 Boiled Potatoes, mashed into a paste (optional)
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons Chilli Powder
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 tablespoon Coriander Powder
- 4 Cloves
- 2 Cardamom Pods (seeds only)
- 6 Peppercorns
- ½ inch Cinnamon Stick
- 5 Garlic Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 5 Curry Leaves
- 1 Egg
- 3 tablespoons Grated Coconut (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Instructions:

Begin by preparing the snake gourd. Wash and cut it into manageable pieces, as shown in the picture. Remove the seeds and inner portion.
Create a mixture of sea salt and lemon juice. Rub this mixture inside and outside each piece of snake gourd. Set aside.
In a blender, create a smooth paste by grinding together chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cloves, cardamom seeds, peppercorns, cinnamon, garlic, ginger paste, cumin seeds, curry leaves, and grated coconut (if using).
Heat coconut oil in a pan and sauté the finely chopped onion until translucent.
Add the ground masala paste to the pan and sauté until the oil begins to surface, releasing its aroma.
Incorporate the cooked minced meat and mashed potato (if using) into the pan. Season with salt and sauté the mixture until it starts to come away from the sides of the pan and emits a tantalizing fragrance.
Once the mixture is ready, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool.
Fill each snake gourd piece with the prepared masala filling.
Beat the egg and keep it aside.
In a frying pan, heat a tablespoon of coconut oil.

Dip one end of the stuffed snake gourd piece into the beaten egg and place it in the pan. Once the egg turns a light golden color, flip the piece and dip the other end into the egg.
Roll the entire piece in egg and place it in the pan lengthwise. Cover the pan and cook over low heat, turning the piece occasionally to ensure even frying.
Continue frying until the snake gourd pieces become soft and develop a delicate golden hue.
