Are you in a hurry and want to dash off to work? Or too tired in the evening and lazy to make any curry , but want to munch something with your rice or bread? Get hold of an onion and a lemon and there you go….
Ingredients
- Onion – 1
- Chilli powder – 1 Tea-spoon
- Lemon Juice – 1 Tea-spoon
- Salt – To taste
- Coconut Oil – 1 Table-spoon
Preparation
1 Lemon boil adding little salt, don’t cook too much. When cool, cut into fine pieces. Take finely chopped Onion, add salt and lime, mix well then sprinkle chilli powder, mix it until everything is well mingled. Add oil and stir thoroughly until all ingredients blend well. Serve it as a side dish or pickle to give a kick to your taste buds and a boost for your appetite. It’s a very quick, healthy and tasty touching for your palates.
(If no lime can add 1 teaspoon vinegar; if you like the taste of coconut oil can add more. You can also use olive oil. I always use virgin coconut oil because I love the taste and it is very healthy).

All of you must try this easiest and fastest recipe..ha! the taste makes me eat more rice, he,he…I have to remind myself not to eat too much carb and put on weight.
