- Kada Mutta (Quail eggs) – 6 nos
- Cucumber – 1
- Radish – 1
- Big onion – 1 (optional)
- Curry leaves – 5 leaves
- Green chilli – 2
- Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
- Virgin coconut oil – 2 tablespoons (can use olive oil)
- Pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – according to taste
👩🍳 Preparation Method
1️⃣ Boil the Eggs
Boil the quail eggs until cooked.
Peel the shells and keep the eggs aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the Vegetables
Wash, clean, and finely chop the cucumber, radish, onion (if using), curry leaves, and green chillies.
3️⃣ Make the Salad Base
