Are you in a hurry to rush for work or want to send children to school? And in a dilemma to make any fast and tasty curry? Don’t worry, this recipe is just for you.

Ingredients

  1. Small Onion – 2
  2. Red Chilly – 2
  3. Curry Leaves – 5 nos.
  4. Fenugreek seeds – 5 seeds
  5. Mustard seeds – 1/2 Tea-spoon
  6. Salt – To taste
  7. Turmeric Powder – 1/4 Tea-spoon
  8. Chilly Powder – 1/4 Tea-spoon
  9. Curd – 1 Cup (not sour)
  10. Drinking water – 1/2 Cup
  11. Coconut oil – 1 Table-spoon

Preparation

Take Curd in a bowel, beat well then add water and salt beat again and keep aside.  Take morua frying pan pour oil add mustard seeds, keep them to splutter fully. Once all the seeds splutter add fenugreek seeds and chopped onions, stir well for 1 minute and add the red chili as well as curry leaves.  Stir till golden colour and switch off the stove and add turmeric powder as well as chilly powder.  Pour the oil along with the seasoned ingredients into the curd, stir and serve.  A very quick, easy and tasty curry for rice. Try it and relish the dish.
