- 2 small Onions
- 2 Red chillies
- 5 Curry leaves
- 5 Fenugreek seeds
- ½ teaspoon Mustard seeds
- Salt, to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ¼ teaspoon Chilli powder
- 1 cup Unsour yogurt
- ½ cup Drinking water
- 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
- Cooked ashgourd or papaya pieces

- Add little water and boil the cooked ashgourd or papaya pieces
- In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
- Add water and salt to the yogurt and whisk again. Keep aside.
- Heat coconut oil in a frying pan.
- Add mustard seeds and allow them to splutter completely.
- Add fenugreek seeds and chopped onions. Sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the red chillies and curry leaves. Stir until the onions turn golden in colour.
- Turn off the stove.
- Sprinkle turmeric powder and chilli powder into the pan and stir briefly.
