
What podcasts are you listening to?
Lately, I’ve been spending a lot of my quiet time listening to meditation podcasts and watching cooking videos. It’s a small ritual that has become one of my favorite parts of the day — something that slows me down when everything else feels too fast. Meditation podcasts, especially, have a way of softening the edges of my thoughts. I usually listen in the morning, before the rush begins, when the world is still half-asleep and the light is just starting to creep in. There’s something so calming about a familiar voice guiding you to breathe, to notice, to simply be present. It’s not about reaching some perfect state of peace but about learning to sit with yourself, even when your mind is busy or tired. Sometimes the speaker will say something that stays with me all day — a small reminder that calm doesn’t come from escaping life, but from paying attention to it.
