One Habit That Brings Me Joy

Every day, I set aside quiet time in the morning and evening to practice mind purification meditation. It’s a simple habit, yet one that brings me deep joy and inner clarity.

In the morning, this meditation helps me begin the day with a clean slate. I sit in stillness, acknowledge any lingering thoughts or emotions, and let them pass without judgment. It’s like washing the mind—removing mental dust before stepping out into the world.

In the evening, the practice becomes a space for reflection. I let go of the noise I’ve absorbed during the day—frustrations, distractions, unspoken thoughts. This pause, this inward turning, allows me to release what I don’t need and return to a state of calm.

This habit doesn’t require anything external—just presence, breath, and honesty. It grounds me. It renews me. And in a world full of constant input, this quiet purification is my way of staying connected to who I truly am.

In this daily habit I find real peace, real harmony and real joy.
