My Natural Sleep Rhythm

I don’t follow a fixed bedtime or wake-up schedule. I listen to my body and mind—when they feel tired, they naturally signal that it’s time to rest, and I go to bed right away. Usually, I go to bed sometime between 9:30 and midnight. I don’t use an alarm; instead, I allow my body to wake up on its own after it’s had enough rest.

Most days, I get around 3 to 5 hours of sleep. Even with this shorter rest, I usually wake up feeling refreshed and energized. My body seems to naturally balance rest and wakefulness in its own unique way.

The early morning hours, between 3 and 5 a.m., are my favorite time of day. The quiet stillness is perfect for meditation—a sacred moment to center my thoughts and prepare myself for the day ahead. This peaceful ritual has become an essential part of my well-being.

Embracing this flexible, intuitive approach to sleep and waking has transformed how I experience rest. It reminds me that comfort and renewal come from listening closely to my own rhythms, even when they don’t match conventional expectations.
