A decision I made in the past that truly helped me learn and grow was choosing to leave the fast-paced, hectic city life and return to the peaceful countryside of my hometown—an unexpected move that came as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic’s upheaval. At the time, it seemed like a big leap, but in hindsight, it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
The pandemic forced me to pause, to step away from the usual rush of city life, and it gave me the opportunity to reflect on what really mattered. Gardening became my refuge, teaching me patience and the beauty of nurturing life, as well as reminding me of how important it is to slow down and appreciate the little things.
