
After a long, demanding day, there’s nothing I crave more than a little reset—my own quiet ritual to shake off the stress and come back to myself.
First stop: a cold water bath. It’s like hitting the refresh button on my body and brain. That first splash of cold is a jolt, but in the best way—it wakes me up from the inside out and melts away the day’s fatigue.
Then I pour myself a glass of hot or lukewarm water. Something about the warmth sliding down my throat feels grounding, almost like a hug for my insides. It’s a small habit, but it works like magic.
I like to feed my mind next. Sometimes it’s a positive talk that lifts me up, sometimes a quirky, interesting video that makes me smile or sparks a thought. Just something to shift the mood and invite in some lighter energy.
After that, I step out into the garden. That space, no matter how small, feels like a pocket of peace in my day. I walk around slowly, water the plants, maybe trim a leaf here, clear a few weeds there. I don’t rush. It’s not about getting anything “done,” it’s about reconnecting—with nature, with stillness, with myself.
And then, finally, I cook. There’s something deeply comforting about chopping, stirring, tasting—it’s hands-on, creative, and totally grounding. And when I sit down to eat, it feels like I’ve not just fed my body, but cared for my whole self.
These little moments strung together—they’re how I unwind. They don’t need to be big or fancy. Just real, intentional, and mine.

Thank you. My country has warm or hot climate, so it a must to get fresh. You could chose hot water if you please or could just flash some water on the face and make sure you wash the ears. Washing ears will energize the body. Good to get someone willing to follow. Keep it up, wish you success.
