I’ve made a positive change in my life by incorporating daily stretching and gentle exercises into my routine. It’s not about intense workouts or heavy lifting; it’s about giving my body the care it deserves. I start with stretches that wake up every part of me, loosening up my joints and letting go of any tension. I add some mild exercises to keep my body fluid, making sure each joint feels refreshed and energized. I don’t stop there—I include eye exercises to relax my vision, especially after long hours of screen time. And to top it off, I practice breathing exercises that ground me, helping me feel centered and calm. It’s a simple routine, but it’s like hitting the refresh button for both my body and mind every day.
