What are your favorite types of foods?

My favorite types of foods are quite diverse, ranging from homemade dishes to regional specialties. I have a deep appreciation for meals that incorporate both vegetables and non-vegetarian elements, sourced from natural and countryside settings. Some of my absolute favorites include:

Tapioca with fish curry: The combination of tapioca’s subtle, starchy flavor with the rich, aromatic fish curry is simply irresistible.

Tapioca and beef (or Tapioca biryani): Tapioca pairs well with beef, whether it’s in a hearty spicy curry or a flavorful biryani.

Unripe Jackfruit puzhuku with pork curry (or Jackfruit and pork biryani): The slightly tangy taste of jackfruit complements the savory flavors of pork curry or biryani beautifully.

Appam and Pork (or beef curry): Appam’s soft and airy texture is the perfect accompaniment to a spicy and succulent pork or beef curry.

When it comes to sweets, I have a sweet tooth and enjoy indulging in various treats made with natural ingredients. Among my favorite sweets are:

Wheat payasam: This creamy dessert made from wheat and milk is a delightful way to satisfy my sweet cravings.

Rasgulla and Gulab Jamun: These classic Indian sweets, soaked in sugary syrup, never fail to bring joy to my taste buds.
