Ten things I know to be absolutely certain are:

1. I am certain that life has a beginning and an end, with birth marking the start and death signifying the conclusion. So I am certain that one day I will die, as mortality is an inevitable part of the human experience.
2. I am certain that there is an intangible aspect within me, often referred to as the soul or a guiding energy, which is believed to animate and give purpose to my physical body.
3. I am certain that I need food and water to sustain my biological functions and maintain my health and well-being.
4. I am certain that the Earth is round, as scientific evidence and observations support this fact.
5. I am certain that the force of gravity affects objects, causing them to be attracted towards one another.
6. I am certain that the Sun rises in the east and sets in the west, providing the cycle of day and night.
7. I am certain that human beings require sleep to rest, recover, and rejuvenate their bodies and minds.
8. I am certain that humans have a need for social connection and interaction, as we are inherently social beings.
9. I am certain that time moves forward, with events unfolding in a linear progression from past to present and into the future.
