In my journey of managing negative feelings, I’ve discovered several effective strategies that consistently bring me back to a positive mindset. One of my go-to approaches is immersing myself in uplifting content, whether it’s through reading inspiring articles or listening to motivational speeches. This helps redirect my focus and replaces negativity with a more optimistic outlook.

Engaging with positive communities on social media is another powerful tool in my arsenal. Surrounding myself with people who share encouragement and support creates an uplifting online environment. This sense of connection with like-minded individuals has proven invaluable in turning my mood around.

One particularly transformative practice in my routine is reciting the Universal prayer the Gayatri Mantra. As I utter the words,
