In response to the question of whether I hold any grudges, my answer is a resounding “No.” Despite experiencing numerous hurts that could easily fuel resentment, I’ve chosen a different path. I firmly believe in the concept of Karma, a universal force that ensures everyone receives their just rewards or consequences for their actions. I am not the arbiter of retribution; that role belongs to God or the cosmic balance of Karma itself.
In my heart, I hold no desire to settle scores or seek revenge. I have faith that the truth will inevitably emerge from the shadows, exposing the wrongdoings of those who have caused me harm with their words or actions. Everything unjustly taken from me will eventually be restored, and a day will arrive when I can stand tall, unshaken, in front of those who unjustifiably attacked me.
Forgiveness is the cornerstone of my philosophy. I choose to forgive everyone, not because I condone their actions, but because I refuse to turn my mind into a receptacle for their negativity and toxicity. My mind is a sanctuary filled with positive thoughts, compassion, and understanding.
Admittedly, some wounds run deep and take time to heal. To facilitate this healing process, I turn to meditation and Yoga. These ancient practices allow me to gradually mend the emotional scars inflicted upon me, promoting inner peace and resilience.
In conclusion, I bear no grudges against anyone, for I believe in the ultimate balance of Karma and the inevitability of truth prevailing. My mind is a haven of positivity, and I employ meditation and Yoga to heal the profound wounds inflicted by the past.
