Quail eggs are very tiny but tasty and nutritious. Its a rich source of vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients

  1. Kada Mutta – 6 Nos
  2. Cucumber – 1
  3. Radish – 1
  4. Big Onion – 1 (Optional)
  5.  Curry Leaves – 5 leaves
  6. Green  Chilli – 2
  7.  Lemon Juice – 1 Table spoon
  8. Virgin Coconut Oil – 2 Table spoons
  9.  Pepper Powder – 1 Teaspoon
  10. Salt – According to taste

Preparation

Boil the eggs , peal and keep aside. Wash, clean and chop all the ingredients into fine pieces and mix with lemon juice, pepper powder, virgin coconut oil and salt.  Cut the eggs into pieces and put some in the salad, mix well then chop the rest of them and top the mixed salad. Serve it as soon as finished. 

Keeping salad for long time is not good.  Since not cooked its prone to attract bacteria’s faster. This is a very rich, tasty and healthy salad which is sufficient for a meal. Can increase the quantity of ingredients according to the number of persons.
