Here we go…

  5. Salt – To taste
  6. Pepper powder – 1 Tea-spoon
  7. Onion – 1 Medium
  8. Tomato – 1
  9. Egg – 1

Preparation

Chop salad leaves, tomato and onion into fine pieces.

Heat some butter in a pan, add the chopped ingredients and sought for 1 minute adding salt and pepper.  Break the egg and put in a bowl, beat it and pour into the pan and sought all till the egg gets cooked. Off the stove and add pieces of cheese and stir well till the cheese melts. Keep aside.

20190108_083546Apply some butter on one side of all the slices of bread (I used multigrain bread and not the usual Maida (all-purpose flour) bread). This has flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and some other seeds in it, which have lots of nutrients and minerals in. Now go on to add the cooked ingredients on two slices spread it well and close each with other 2 slices of bread as shown in picture.  20190108_083537-1.jpgI haven’t chopped off the sides to look attractive because there are healthy seeds to be eaten. Enjoy this sandwich as it is, or with any desired sauce.

He he! Try out this quick and easy breakfast snack to keep your healthy going.
