Ingredients

  1. Sweet Potato – 1 Big
  2. Scraped Coconut – 1 Cup
  3. Milk – 3 Table-Spoon (Can use coconut milk, instead of milk if you like)
  4. Palm Sugar or Honey – 1 Table spoon or according to taste
  5. Salt – 1 pinch, just to balance sweetness
  6. cardamom Powder – 1 pinch

Cooked Sweet Potato

Wash and clean sweet potato. Cook in a cooker for 3 to 4 whistles. Off the stove and allow cooling.

When cool remove the skin of the sweet Potato and chop into small pieces.

Add Coconut, milk, honey or sugar, cardamom and salt.   Mix well and make your tummy happy with this mouth-watering snack rich in fiber and vitamins.
