Ingredients

  1. Sweet Potato – 1 Big
  2. Onion – 1
  3. Green Chilli – 1
  4. Pepper Powder – 1 Tea-spoon
  5. Coconut/ Olive Oil – 1Table spoon
  6. Scraped Coconut – 1 Cup
  7. Salt – To taste

Preparation

Wash and clean sweet potato. 20181121_173604Cook in a cooker for 3 to 4 whistles. Off the stove and allow cooling.  When cool remove the skin of the sweet Potato and chop into small bits. Add all the above ingredients.

You can also add curry leaves or coriander leaves for flavor if you like. Mix well and have it as a full meal or eat with any dish of your choice.  20181121_194138.jpgIt is a very easy and delicious meal for your healthy living.
