Ingredients

Potato – 3 or 4
Green Chilli – 3
Pepper Powder – 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves – 10 leaves
Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
Coconut Oil – 1 table-spoon
Red Chilly – 2 Nos.
Curd – 1 Cup (Not Sour)

Preparation

Wash the potatoes and pressure-cook them for 4 to 5 whistles. Remove from fire and leave it aside for cooling. Peel the potatoes, cut them into fine bits.  Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds when the oil is hot; after all the seeds splutter , pp2 add onion and curry leaves, also break the red chilies into 2 or 3 pieces and add to the oil.  Put the potato in and add pepper powder, salt and chopped green chillies. Stir and add 1 cup water, boil well, pour curd and stir continuously for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame then off the stove.  This is a delicious curry which will very well go with rice or any other dish.  Try it out. Please see that the curd is not sour otherwise your curry will turn sour.
